The Split Wrap Around Skirt

I have fallen in love with the split skirt trend. I think it looks stunning. When I walked into Factorie and saw this beauty, I couldn't resist buying myself a pair (or maybe two ;) ) I love the bright coloured print because it stands out and I think it looks really pretty.

 I've also fell in love with these amazing shoes. They're super comfortable. I never thought I'd see myself buying such short (and wide) heeled shoes but I'm always up for trying out new trends and I actually really like this one and won't be regretting it any time soon.

The blazer just pulls the whole outfit together. It's sophisticated and really structured. The red basic tee goes really well with this outfit as it brings out the redness int the floral print on the skirt. The shirt is from a South African store called Woolworths that has really good quality basics that last for years on end.

This skirt is really cool because it can be dressed up with a pair of heels or wedges for more of a summer look.  It can also be dressed down with a pair of combat boots, tons of black eye liner and a chunky sweater to add an edgier twist to it for the colder days.
